Well, big update. I ran the car until it was just under a 1/4 tank of gas, and the problem reoccured. What the hell? It doesnt have a problem when the tank is full.
Someone told me that the Gas cap isnt letting air into the tank, maybe clogged. He thinks its causing pressure build up in the tank.
Anyone help me on this?
