Default Mufflers

I'm looking for an exhaust that is relatively quiet from idle to 3500 RPM. Most get loud at 2500+ RPM but since the stang I am getting is a daily driver, I don't want it to sound like a strip car when I'm not at the strip lol.

Of course I want a nice sounding idle and LOUD when I rev, just not a LOUD idle and cruise.

I hear dynomax are great mufflers, they aren't too aggressive but let people know you are packing a V8.

Flowmasters get too loud with x-pipes and full length headers

Magnaflow? Any info would be great.

Borla?

Edelbrock?

SuperTrapps?

What do you think would be a great setup for my application.

Thanks

I have a BBK h pipe and the magnaflow catback exhaust and its not overload...it simply just sounds good....not that loud at idle and increases nicely as rpm is increased.

While I am on this topic I have another question.

Lets say I want to buy the exhaust piping for the cat back minus the muffler. Are there kits for that? I mean lets say I want all the tubing that comes from the x-pipe to the end of the car, can I get all that without the mufflers and choose mufflers seperately. I never saw a kit like this, maybe they don't exist? I would hate to buy flowmaster cat back system only to find out I want dynomax mufflers.

P.S I just remember they sell flowmaster mufflers alone for like 40 bucks on ebay, this means there must be a kit like mentioned above.

EDIT : Magnaflows are EXPENSIVE! over 500 bucks! sh-t!!!!!!!!!

vfast I don't think I will get that open exhaust kit because all I want are the flow tubes as bobby said and my choice of mufflers.

I think that is what I shall do bobby thanks for the help.

I will be getting magnaflow, they sound demonic.
