Do the old PMS II's (Programable Management Systems) do everything the new ones do? My bud's friend is selling one and I dont know much about them.

Set the system right....you don't need a PMS or Tweecer to correct an idle problem...even with an aftermarket cam. Check the system for failure codes, correct if any, and set the base idle right. I've set E, X, B, TFS cammed 5.0's......no problem. You might want to check Grabbem88 experience with his......My 2¢.

PS: Don't fall for the TPS adjustment myth, if the TPS is between .7vdc - 1.0vdc........it's fine.
