And sometimes it even studders when it warm and I am sitting idel for awhile (redlight....)

Any help here?????

My 89 seems to the same thing ever since i put my MAC cold air on it...I changed my o2 sensors and that seemed to help a little. But only when the car is warm, when its cold i still have to give it gas to keep it runnin.

any check engine light on? I would first replace youre fuel filter. Then run a pressure test on youre fuel pump, Or maybe check out you air bypass valve is operating properly, Just a few things to trouble shoot before spending alot of money, A good full tune up will help plugs / wires / dist cap / rotor.

Good luck

check and clean you idle air control mounted on the throttle body first. make sure the electrical connection is clean and tight also.

yeop.. mine was doing the same thing. it more likely then not is the Idle control valve loacted on the right side of the TB. take it off and clean it with break cleaner. repeat a couple times and let it dry.. problem should go away..
