That's a lot of coin for a motor using relatively old technology, such as the alphabet cam. Nothing wrong with them (I run a b myself) but there are certainly better things to be had out there. You can get a 331 DSS Pro Bullet short block for roughly $2600 or so. Add some AFR heads (~$1500) and nice cam ($200-300) and you come in around $4400. You could even go with just a Bullet block and save a few hundreds bones, but I'd go Pro Bullet personally.
