idle...

My idle somtimes stays at 1500-2k rpms. Whay could this be? Would a fuel pressure regulator help? Do fox body stangs come with a stock fpr?It seems to do it more in the cold weather.

possible be your IAC becuase u said it only happens in the cold weather....clean out ur IAC and your TB....but mostsly likely RPM's that high will be a vaccumm leak....
