It's not that they are really overrated. Their hp numbers are rated at the flywheel. NX rates at the rear wheel and Cold Fusion may as well.

4fit, how many miles do you have on that engine? Are you spraying with stock stuff? Just curious what mods you have (and what was your dyno rating too...i checkout out your CD site but the dyno pic was too small to read the #'s)

96k on the engine. All stock internals with a B cam. Never been dyno tuned, just did a couple baseline runs from a dyno session I won at a car show. Put down 280/385 with a 75 shot running VERY VERY VERY rich. Literally off the chart rich. [&:] Now it's got a 110 shot and a Cobra intake. Timing is also set a little better. I would expect that it is putting down around 310/430 at the tires now.

I had TNW kit on my blower car with a 40HP shot to act as a cooler. I later took it out and installed it on my '88 GT and sprayed it with 125HP shot on a 194,000 mile bone stock motor, AOD, and 4.10 gears. Ran 12.6's @ 100mph. Timing at 10^.
