Mounting them on the cowl? Or inside?

For inside, absolutely! I'm going mechanical for the fuel pressure gauge cause the electric unit is god awful expensive. [&:]

Are electric gauges pretty accurate? I was thinking of a Ford racing gauge for oil and mounting outside. One of my fears is that thing busting open and get all over the car...screw that!
