Also if I do get the cam soon...is there a point on getting a tune until I'm done modding my car?

...stock valve springs are only good for a stock cam, or an aftermarket cam with .470" lift max...anything @.510" or over it = exhaust valve spring coil bind...at 0.544 int./0.555 exh. lift, you're going to be crushing those springs..........just a thought.

What kind and size springs do I need to get. Also I heard I should replace the injectors, what kind should I put in?

I have the E-cam in my 95 and it lobes pretty good.... As far as a push-rod motor the respond very well to cam upgrades.. Just get the h/c/i package from Trick-flow. I would have but the E-cam was already installed when i got it, so I got a Trick Flow Street Heat intake to go with it.

I have a 95 mustang Gt 5 speed myself and was looking at cams for my car, i was going for the same cam your going for but i heard the same thing (SN95's respond poorly to cams) if i were you and still wanted the cam i would put a set of new heads (Trick Flow), upper, lower intake to go along with it and a new throttle body, but who knows i havent put cams in it so idk how it responds for sure

Your not gonna see much more power without a good SCT dyno tune.
