Throttle/Kickdown Adjustments

I have a 91 Mustang GT, 5.0 of course. I am having trouble adjusting the throttle cable and kickdown cable. I have alot of slack in these cables. Also because of the throttle I idle at a high rver over 1,000RPMs. Any help pics links etc would be tremendous help thanks

The cables are lose and I am searching for a way to tighten the cables. I know on the Chevy's taht you just unloosen the cable, pull it until its tight and then tighten it back on...

You can do the same with the AOD in a fox body. There is an adjustment block underneath the throttle body.
