Default Coil Over Question

1. Anyone here done a coil over conversion on your stang?
2. What are the benefits of it?
3. Is the coil over only for the front? If so what if I wanted new springs for the rear, is there any place that sells just the rear pair of springs?
4. Does coil overs use a special shock/strut?
5. Anyone have any testimonials of UPR, their products are cheap in price (Compared to MM's ridiculous prices) and look like they would be pretty good quality.

I want to get the weight savings, and I plan on doing a manual rack in the future and figure I'll just do both at the same time.
This is what I'm looking at:

Any other thoughts on all this would be appreciated.

FULLY adjustable suspension. not only adjustable strut wise, but you can modify the ride height of the vehicle just by adjusting the stops on the spring seats

Coilovers are for both front and back, however many people will buy a tubular front end conversion and only run coilovers on the front.... you can get them for the rear though

yes

Eh, I've decided coil-overs aren't worth the price tag(the struts are 230 a pop), I just wanted the weight savings mainly. So no need for anyone else to reply to this post anymore, thanks Adder for the info.
