I've been pondering for awhile if this could be done: My mom bought a Mustang V6 coupe (auto) in 2002. It was brand new. I said "Wow...V6's are gay." So, I thought of ways to assist this problem. I decided on going old school instead of new. So my question is how hard/challenging would it be to slip a 5.0 from the 87-95 GT/LX 5.0's into my 2002 V6-er? Plus I'd like to do an auto to manual swap...but I know that THAT's do-able. So...hit me back!

well you'll need a stand alone 'puter for starters....engine plate of fab'd motor mounts,fab'd trans mount..clutch pedal assy off a gt, new yoke for the trans, diff front springs from a gt..be cheaper just to add a supercharger or turbo

it'd really be that hard? They had the 5.0 in the 94/95 Mustangs...aren't those the same engine bay wise as the 99-04?
