Yup. As long as you get the GT40 and not the GT40P than you can bolt them directly on. There is a way to convert the Explorer TB too, but probably not worth the effort.

The GT-40P's will require special headers, and you may run into some EGR issues depensing on your setup and how you approach it. But to avoid that entire issue just grab the GT-40s and not the Ps.

If youve done an Hpipe and mufflers why not invest in a decent set of headers? Summit has long tubes for around 150.

^ +1

Check around your local salvage yards for Explorers, you can get the stuff off of them for dirt cheap most of the time, as long as they look good inside. The E-303 is a great cam for a DD, that's what I'm running, and my car puts down pretty good power.

If you don't want to do heads, go with a new TB, MAF, and some suspension stuff like subframes, or u/l control arms.

I want to do heads and a cam but im not sure i have enough money for both, i havent a clue on how to install a cam so i would have to pay a shop to do that, how much do you thing that would cost?
With the headers would headers out of a 90 or so gt mustang work for me, cuz i know a guy that will sale me his headers for 30 bucks (cant beat that).
The Hpipe i have wouldnt even work for long tube headers.

I called around for some parts off explorers and i havent found a place yet that will sale me just the heads ( i bought the cobra intake for 242.25 off ebay is that a good deal?) i really dont want to buy the whole motor just for the heads, and would i need to get them worked or is it safe to pull the heads right off and install them with out doing anything to them? No one has answered my question about a cam, would i need to buy different rockers, rollers, and springs?

maybe you should just throw your intake manifold on there and spend the rest on suspension, short throw, etc. you could wait in the cam and heads and all that because it is usually better to do them all at 1 time and it helps if everything is matched up. this is a case where a tb and maf my not be good to do right now unless you are planning on keepin that manifold for a while. also you could wait on the maf(or get a c&l) so you dont have to buy a new maf when you get new injectors. the suspension stuff will need to be done sooner or later and doesnt really need to "match" anything else. so you could make your car faster, and not waste money buying things twice.
