The grease method sucks. No need to get all messy. As hard as it is to remove a 5.0's throwout bearing I would not waste my time. I have a throughout bearing removal tool and have tried it on three different 5.0's and it would not budge them.
If you have tap and bolt large enough you can tap the bearing and screw in the bolt and it will push it out. But to do this you must remove the inner bearing and race first.

i wil def go with the grease method even tho its messy because i dont wanna wreck anything taping or drilling...
the input shaft i think the bearing is gone is there any place that sells the bearing or anything.
i dont wanna put it back together with a good pilot bearing then have it break becaause the input shaft is alittle to sloppy

RE: input shaft moves and pilot bearing moves
The bearings are included in a rebuild kit. Remove the four bolts that hold on the throwout bearing retainer that is around the input shaft. Hold in the imput shaft. A few taps with a mallet on the throwout bearing retainer will loosen it. Hold in the imput shaft and remove the the retainer. There is a bearing under it on the shaft. The race is in the throwout bearing retainer there may be a shim under the race. Pop it off and lets hear what you find.
