EFI to Carb: need advice
i am going to install a 351W on my 92 fox. Has anyone done this? Where can I get some sort of blueprint for this project. My main concerns are the fuel system and throttle linkage.

Throttle linkage is easy, get a Lokar cable http://www.lokar.com/ and braket. The fuel system is a different issue. You could get a carb FPR (lower settings) and let the stock pump run it, but honestly it won't last as long because the pump relay is set to a higher pressure. An external pump is also a viable solution. I modified my tank for a sump and used an external made for carbs.
