It'll be fine without highway driving. You can just start in second gear.
why cant you highway drive? i drive mine every saturday about 50 minutes on the eway with my 4.10s and dont have a problem.

I'm just saying, it might get annoying while driving on the highway, plus it's more wear on the engine and worse gas mileage.

yeah thats true it does get a little annoying, but also i forgot to consider that i run a 28 tall tire where as alot of people run 26s.

I have 4.10's w/ 5spd and i like it. Top end isnt very high, only like 120 but it gets up and goes, and i drove highway everyday for like 2 months. Gas mileage wasnt the greatest, but i still liked it.
I have yet to see how they are with my HCI swap, but i'll see soon, then i'll really determine if i like em.

i run 26 inch tires with a tko and 4.10s 80 mph is right around 2900rpms

i have 4.10's in a '91 gt with a 5 speed. go for it, its a BLAST to drive. i drive on the highway at least 40 minutes a day and my car does just fine. 4.10's have my vote.
