had some one back into me a few years back in the same spot. It took a lot of body work to get it straight again and mine was just a dent. With yours, you are going to need body filler. Remember this as well. The driver side rear quarter, roof, and passenger side rear quarter is one solid piece. If you are going to repaint and have a clear coat put on you are going to have to paint the whole piece. A good painter can blend paint where you can't really tell what happend but there is no way any painter could blend a clear coat. My suggestion, take it to a body shop and let insurance pay for it.

how much do you think that would cost to weld in a new piece? Last time I tried to get a new quarter welded in on my 66 and it cost over $1500. I dont really want to spend that much right now.
And I am not going to repaint it. The paint looks like **** anyways.

Dont think that fiberglass filler is easy to work with because its not. I used fiberglass filler to fix a chip/crack in my 4' cowl and it came out great... BUT it took my about 10 tries and almost two days to get it perfect lol

To be totally honest, I would just look for a shop. And also, any decent painter is going to tell you that they will have to blend the quarter with the door, the roof, etc.

they will do what is called melting in the clear...it is like blending...when they are done they will have to wet sand and buff the area and you should not be able to tell where they blended the color or clear...

that is not a job for a beginner...you will need to take it to a shop...go to a few and get quotes...dont go with the cheapest but try and find a shop with a good reputation..or find a good body guy that does this kinda thing on the side

dude, are you saying that you have no insurance on the car and you are driving it around? If you have insurance, how will they not cover the car? That is why you pay a premium for insurance...
