RE: I crashed bad
uh ya not me. thats one of the dumbest things you can ****ing do and you're retarded to think its ok. really how hard is it to find a ride? and then also how can you possibly justify it being "worth it?" losing your license for a long *** time and thousands of dollars in fines, or 1 phone call to get a ride? hmmm this is a hard one. drinking and driving is one of the dumbest things people can do, i dont care if i get flamed as a ***** or whatever, its retarded and theres no excuse for it

RE: I crashed bad
In Arizona you don't have to be over the legal limit to get charged with DUI. If you drive in a manner which presents a potential danger and you blow anything over 0000 you can be charged. Also for the insurance thing read the fine print. I have one of the larger and more forgiving insurance companies and in the fine print it says I'm not covered for things such as civil war, riots, volcanoes and other acts of nature not common to my area. It also says I won't be covered on my property claim if I'm DUI. My insurance will cover anyone/anything I hit but me and my car are up the creek if it's alcohol related and my fault. Not that I drive drunk. I have two boys to raise who lost their mother in a car accident 5 years ago.

Same thing for the DUI / OUI charge too. And even if someone does blow a 0.00... they can still be charged if they're under the unfluence of something else, like marijuana. You can even get charged and convicted for driving after taking legal prescription medication. If the medication impares your ability to drive, you can be charged and convicted. The law say if you are under the influence of any drug or alcohol and you are "impared to the slightest degree" then you are DUI / OUI.
