been havin a hard time findin a good variety of parts for 88 GT..... any suggestions for websites? or places to call?

im also searching for a fiberglass hatchback..... and a new sunroof assembly.... as well as the exterior rubbering around the windows, weatherstriping just done.

im in ft lauderdale, florida if anyone knows any good shops around

try summit or jegs and 50resto might have some stuff your looking at. just look in a magazine like 5.0 or something, or google it. its not that hard to find parts when you have internet and telephone axcess. your new so welcome to the forums, you should show some pics!

id have some pics for yall today but it started pouring just as i finished new rotors, bearings, pads. its in mint condition for an 88 inside, when i got it the owner gave me a stack of maint records... every single oil change from 12/88 when he got it... and all the other goodies he did to it ;p 2600 bux for it, i totally stole it. but ahh, yeah i plan on doin the rear disc with the 5 bolt to all wheels first, need to find good steel braided brake lines for it, and all that good stuff that stops ya fast, before i get goin too fast ;p dark blue with silver lower paint, chrome intake, catless dynamax exhaust..... 153,000 miles original trans/motor.

oh btw... spent 30 mins searching for different patterns but come up with very little, found american muscle, and this other site ahh restoremustangs dot com, theyve been the best ive found so far but specialize in the classic stangs

sounds nice man. and how long have you had her? you got a steal right there espically from the original owner. around here its hard to find anything from the original owner. but have fun with her!

long enough to know that i need to pour about 3 bags of concrete in the trunk to keep the damn back wheels on the pavement ;p just comin up on a week actually.
