RE: new wheels this spring
i don't realy think 18's will work that well since i'm dropping the car with eibach sport line (1 1/4 - 2 inch drop) and the car isn't the red anymore cars getting a make over lol i was thinkin a 17x9 front maybe 17x10.5 in the rear, then using the ponies for some slicks and using 2 spare tires for skinnies at the track

thats the red i have on my car.... and i plan on dropping mine closer to 2inches and still puttin 18x10's on there i have have to roll the fender lip a lil bit but not much if any at all... that picture u have up there now has a ton of room for 18s... im guess its not dropped there tho... i still think u can get 18 inchs on a dropped car tho...

yea that is not dropped yet, and i'm notgoing to roll the fender after getting a 5k paint job and risk cracking the paint, so i think 17 would be safer as far as rubbing goes, don't have a ton of money to spend on tires for rubbing

RE: new wheels this spring
good point, but aren't tires like 20-30 $ per tire more for an 18 rather than for a 17?

there are a ton of people running 18" wheels with a car dropped 2". There is no difference between a 16, 17 or 18 inch wheel b/c you'll still be running a 26" tire on each one to keep the right size.
