hmm ya if you are lookin to save some money then get yourself a 87-93 mustang and do what you want with body kits if you care about looks and other things. But if you do the older fastback mustang that would look damn nice dude. I hope nothing but good things for you. Good Luck!!! Sounds like a good plan. I myself am going to do the same thing with the '85 I'm rebuilding right now. I'm going to rebuild the engine and transmission, and repaint it, make it look brand new, then I'm going to sell it and buy a '65 or '69 coupe to replace it. I love the car, but I hate smog laws, so at least with an early Mustang I won't have to worry about it. I have also toyed with the idea of buying a '90-'92 notchback instead...but we'll see.

SVO is runnin great paintin it this week, the motor camn with a holley 4 bbl 750 cfm, runnin 16 psi on the svo, out runs 5.0's and cameros, trans am with little mods, all outta a 4 cyl
