CAI = Cold Air Intake
H/C/I = Head / Cam / Intake combo
TPS = throttle position sensor
ACT = Air charge temperature sensor (same as IAT.. intake air temperature sensor)
ECT = Engine Coolant Temperature
IAC = Idle Air Controller, also know as an air bypass valve
MAF = Mass Airflow Sensor
TB = Throttle Body
UDP = Underdrive Pullies

There are several more, but im having a brain fart!
