lowering car

RE: lowering car
i have the ford racing ones, they are nice but i would honestly suggest not going with lowering your car, its nice sitting low but not worth scraping everything. unless you have really flat roads and dont go over RR crossings. it makes its turning radius suck as well. but for the point oof lowering the ford racing ones arnet bad, makes it look nice

RE: lowering car
Well my car was lowered when i bought it so i cant tell you what kit was used, but i would definately recommend lowering. It looks better, handles better, and i havent had any problems with scraping at all.

My car is lowere 1.5" and on the 17x9 Cobra R's
I barely scrape anything if anything.
Just dont go nuts when it comes to speed bumps and ****
Oh and I went with the Eibach Pro-Kits
Love the better handling tho
I say go for 1.5
Any lower and you run into problems So I Hear.

RE: lowering car
I went with the Ford Lowering Race springs. Good price from Summit, and took ou tthe rubber isolators to get another .5" Love the handling now and the stance. I can't wait to see what it handles when I get my Ford Cobra Rs (eBay!) with the wider tires.
