one day a massive dodge that had like litrally 4 or so feet of ground clearance drove down my street with blue neons, it was freaking crazy cuz it was so high off the ground but they were still bright all the way down to the concrete, it was pretty nice looking actually even though im embaressed to say, but yeah they are prolly illegal to have on while operating cuz they're so dam distracting [:@]

it would seem they would be legal as long as they are off while driving. it makes since why they would be illegal while driving.

ive got 2 friends with 2 mustangs.. that both happen to be red and blue..
one night they we were all at a gas station, and a highway patrol pulled in and told them to be sure not to have them on, on the highway..

he said red lights, and blue lights, are both emergency vehicle lights..
and are not legal to be displayed on the outside of a non-emergency vehicle
