u ever try an drive while watching the tunner? a hand held is the last thing you want, get a laptop way easier to watch the sensor readings

+1 I'm really interested in the Anderson PMS though, it looks a lot easier to use than the TwEECer and comes with a handheld thing.

either one you can use a laptop.....the wideband is used to measure air fuel....innovated makes a nice piece about 325.00 the reason it so you can make timing changes based on your air-fuel..the treewer lets you do fuel map,timing curves,injector pulse,etc
pms lets you make changes without a laptop but not quite as much control
