I have searched the posts and checked the tech articles, but haven't been able to find something that tells me how to pull the codes on my 88 GT. I remember seeing something at one point but can't find it now. Any help would be appreciated. I am not against purchasing a scanner if need be (I found the following one at advance auto parts: http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductD...tnumber=CP9015 ) Can someone tell me if that is a decent scanner. Thanks.

 

you can use a jumper wire and count the check engine light blinks. instructions are in your haynes manual. i think there might be something at fordfuelinjection.com too. the engine on codes are hard i wish i had a scanner for that
