yeah, its the weird motor thing on the side of the throttle body. Make sure you reinstall it in the exact position you took it off (it will go on upside down). You may have a vacuum leak. Popping through the intake is either a valve (not likely) or ignition (possible but it would have to be extremely retarded) timing issue or a lean condition.
