I'm really not very Ford/Mustang literate so please bare with me.

1993 Mustang LX

Is there any way to verify without pulling off the head/oil pan that this is indeed a 347ci. motor? I asked him if he had receipts for the engine and trans build earlier and still haven't heard back yet. It seems like a very clean example of a nice fox stang (which I've wanted since high school) but do you guys really think its worth the money he's asking? I'm sure if all the parts mentioned are what he says they are that he has more money into it that the asking price but its still 13 going on 14 year old car and I just don't see it being worth that much. Any advice anyone would like to extend would surely be appreciated

 

That really does look nice and hopefully it is immaculate like he says. Have you seen it in person? If everything is like it seems, thats a decent (not great, but not horrible) price. I'm not sure if there is a way to actually tell if its actually a stroker unless you dig into the engine some. Hopefully someone who knows can say if there is an external way of telling.

 

No, I havent seen it in person. But when I do I'd like to be armed with as much information as possible, thats where you guys come in
