i think those would work fine. it looks like they are good up to .600" lift too. upgrade your keepers if you can.. stockones will work fine but i have used the titanium ones before and they were so nice.. the heads had about 150 disasemblies and reasemblies and about 300 dyno runs. we used them when i was in school in a t-bucket.. and they were used over and over again.
Thanks for the info frdmstng1986GT. I've almost got this all peiced together now. Here's my list in a nutshell:

-Cam (TFS stage 1):

-Timing Chain (trick flow):

-Valve springs (trick flows):

I will also be using a Fel-Pro gasket set from work. Now if I could only find those injector o-rings on Summit... Oh well, maybe my work carries them damn o-rings, I'll have to ask because we just opened an account with Fel-Pro.

I looked those up already, the MSD's say that they will fit MSD injectors or GM multi port injectors, and the Holley's say that they fit their own injectors and the GM multi ports. Do you think that they are the same size as the Ford injectors?

i would think they would. i mean.. my buddy has the same injectors in his 90 bmw 545i that i have in my 86. same plugs and everything.. same color too. the only difference was they said bosch and not ford. and if you look at the accel injectors they look pretty much exactly like a ford injector. i always thought an injector was an injector. like as long as they were they same rating you could use 8 different injectors if you had to.

They're only 10 bucks, I'll go ahead and throw those in there too, if they don't work, I'll sell them to somebody I guess.

You can get a injector rebuild kit from napa.

Those crane springs are reccomended for flat tappet cams, I think I'll just stick with the TF springs. I appreciate you posting those up for me though. I found some o-rings on summit that'll probably fit my injectors. Thanks for the help guys!

NAPA is the anti-christ! lol, We aren't good friends with the local NAPA that's down the street from my work (I work for Parts Plus as a MA/lube and tire boy)
