why not upgrade the 8.8, the suspension, torque boxes, get some SFCs and have a car that will go 11s and not break. i dono i wouldnt want a 302 on a peg legged 7.5, much less a 351

your point is?? 11's is fast for a street car no matter how old you are...of course there will be faster but once you hit 11's it will be very rare to lose an unorgainzed street race

btw if you ran 8's at 17 you're running your daddy's etc. car...probably a rail

i have sub-frames already on...i'll just get rear and front drag springs and then upper lower control arms...u think that will be enough?

what would the approx cost of all that be?
