Default how do i find out if my stang is posi

I have a 3 73 gear but i have no idea whether it is POSI or not. Couple nights ago i did a 1-2nd gear burnout maybe 100 ft long and there were 2 tire marks...is that a good qualification?

Yea its a kind of Posi but its called T-Lock, meaning it has clutches in the Diff. to make both tires spin.

because no one answered with blistering speed. Number of posts should be taken away for double threads.

whats a posi?[&:]

isn't that some kinda chevy term.... ahh just threw up in my mouth. lol

Trak Lok is the proper term and yes you have it, it is standard on mustangs, but many times the clutches burn out and you'l get a one wheel burn, two wheels evenly pulling and length are a good sign of functioning trak lok....

Does the 86 GT's have a t-Loc in them? I believe I am only a one wheel wonder. It would be nice if it was only wore out.
