Is there anyone that is running 500 rear wheel horse...

Almost every blown 5.0 in the magazines is claiming they have 500 RWHP or very close. I have changed my build several times as my car is in a million pieces right now and am spending more and more $$$$..

I would like to know if anyone has a blown 5.0..stroked, not stroked etc..with close to 500 rear wheel horse and what set up..

In fact, we have a similiar build, i have a 306 forged with TFS stage 2 cam with a vortech on 10psi, already added methanol injection and about to add an intercooler, just need a tune

Kadence..what are you running for heads?

Also how much horse did you get out of that Methonal Injection

With a good h/c/i setup and 10psi you should be in the mid 400's.

Ported GT-40 heads, i havnt tuned for methanol injection, im expexting high gains when added together with the intercooler

i think you can get gt-40s and gt-40p heads off of i think a 97 explorer. correct me if im wrong please guys

i have a 6er but they flow really good tho dont they ??? and you can make some serious power with those iron heads???
