all my gears grind when i shift hard, unless i wait about a second between shifts. also when the car is sitting still and i try putting it in any gear but first, it will either be real hard to get in or it will grind, especially 3rd and reverse. now heres the weird part... IF i press the clutch in and wait about 5 seconds when the car sits still i can put it any gear EASILY. almost as if i have to wait for everything in the transmission to stop spinning. ive had this problem ever since i had my clutch put in about a year ago. i cant figure it out. no matter how much i adjust the cable, i even had it to where it was starting to slip when fully engaged, and it still did the same thing during shifts. the clutch has about 5K on it. can this be happening due to bad syncros? this is really starting to get to me. any help is appreciated

Do you have a stock or after market shifter. I have a 5.0 shifter and somehow a small screw fell down inside of it. I had similar symtoms in first and third. Removed the screw and it works perfect.
