Default Hydraulic clutch conversion for 1989? help

Hey there out there. I just had a knee injury and I'm having a tough time driving my 5 speed. I can drive my girlfriend 2003 honda with problem with her Hydraulic clutch. I what to find out if theres a way to make my 5.0 a Hydraulic clutch. Please, lead me in the right direction.. thanks bill.

Oh, I get it. I have found that ford put a Hydraulic clutch in the same year truck. Just putting that out there.

I doubt a hydraulic clutch is going to make it much easier. The stiffness in the pedal comes from the pressure plate. I know plenty of guys with modified honda's with hydralic clutchs and there pedals are stiffer then mine is because they aftermarket clutches. A cheap clutch from auto zone or advanced is going to have a fairly week pressure plate. That may be you best bet.

I have a knee problem as well....Did it while I was doing BMX....so now I have about an inch in my knee that is cracked and have to wear a custom knee brace like this http://www.healthworksclinic.ca/pics/brace2.jpeg its much easier with this thing on now
