ok im really sure this might be it, on your mass airflow meter, there is a cover, take it off and there will be a wire inside, take a Q-tip and clean it off really good, there might be a few specs of carbon on it. this was a problem with mine and it worked. did u check your fuel filter and plugs?

well first just go under your car and unplug your o2 sensors. I did that after i had a bunch of mods done. Before i unplugged them i had this weird popping and just total lack of power. So i went threw all hell looking for the problem. (New fuel filter, EGR Valve, Temperture Sensor, Throttle positon sensor, no coil. Did all kinds of things. Then i just unplugged the o2 sensors and boom the car was running perfect and fast as hell. So try unplugging the o2's it does not hurt to try. It is really weird that unplugging them for me worked i mean they were brand new ones when i did the long tube headers and offroad Mac H pipe. Hope i could help. Good Luck!!!

ok, just got back from pep boys. i bought "iso-heet" they also had one by STP and then a cheap one they guy said wasnt much good. is "iso-heet" good? i havent tried to drive it yet. i figured i just let it sit in there for a while and try to absorb as much as it can. if that doenst work, im going to try unplugging the o2 sensors like lovemy88gt said and also checking the maf like bobby said

i put that stuff and and drove the car to the store. i noticed that the excelleration was only about half as bad but when i was just cruzing with my foot off the pedle and then gave it gas it was still bad. do i have to run the whole tank through? i cant run the whole tank right now. i posted yesterday or the day before about my water pump dying, well when i came out of the store my car was sittting in a huge puddle of coolant. now i have to replace that first......so many problems and right when school is starting so i wont have time to work on it

i just took of my o2 sensors and ran the car. it was a lot better but not perfect. so i think its time for new o2s. autozone has bosch sensors for $40.

my question is, is the reason its not perfect is cause the car doesnt know how rich or lean it is? cause it got better with the o2's off but it just wasnt perfect. it was however better then when the 02's were connected
