Default quick question...injectors

What needs to be in sync with the injectors? I forgot. My 19lb'ers are going bad and I think I want to upgrade to some 24s or 30s but I know there is something else that needs to be changed as well.
Thanks

MAF meter must be calibrated to injector size

The mass air, but if you have no mods to need larger injectors you're wasting your money and hurting performance

all I have are 3.55s, converted to mass air, and k&n. Should I just get 19lb'ers? Whats the advantage of getting higher lb injectors?

There isnt really one unless you do a H/C/I swap or are boosting it.

I've read on the Kenne Bell website that the recalibrated MAF is BS. Because all it does is send less voltage to the PCM, however your injectors are actually bigger so they are still injecting more fuel. Basically with the 24lb injectors pulsing a shorter amount of time, your computer still thinks they are 19lb inejctors pulsing for that amount of time and adjusts accordingly. The only time the recalibrated MAF works is past 85% throttle when the computer totally ignores the O2 sensors and goes to a pre programmed spark and fuel map. If your going to go to a bigger injector you need to get your car tuned basically. My friend put the 24lb injectors with the MAF on his car and its still running ridicously rich, the scanner even showed that the PCM is subtracting fuel on the LTFT. GET IT TUNED! The only reason you need bigger injectors is to support more horsepower, your not going to get more power without more air. 19lb injectors are supposed to support about 300 horse.

just because your buddy had problems with bigger injectors doesnt mean anyone else does, in fact nobody I know has had problems running larger injectors or rich issues, ive seen 24#,30# and 42# all run WITHOUT tuning just fine

I didn't need a tune until I hit the 42's. Then it was time.
