Mine stay on when you put the lever in the blink position, they dont blink. Just a constant light

I just replaced the flasher, still no help. I checked all fuses, and replaced the horn/lighter fusebut all others are good. What gives? Are there any more pieces in teh circuit?

Here is the picture I promised. My car doesn't have a flasher fuse in the fuse box, it's on a pigtail close to the stering column.
See pic....

I read in the chiltons manual where to find it.

i experienced something similar to this at work, my co-workers car, his signal wouldn't flash. stayed on all the time, as soon as the key was on. come to find out he had a bulb replaced at some service station, and they put the wrong bulb in. they put a 1 filiment bulb in, instead of 2, creating a constant loop of power, disabling any flashing.

Dont get me wrong it was a lot faster than my wore our 87 motor
