blinker problem
Your blinker fluid is low, the filler tube should be behind both of the headlights and marked...

Sorry, i just couldnt resist. All joking aside, id say the flasher is bad if the lights themselves work but check the fuse first. I have a 93 and my hazard lights are on fuse #1, its light blue fuse 15amp. It controls the flashers (hazard lights) and the brake lights. Do your brake lights work? If they do, id get a new flasher. If all else fails, my guess is a bad switch. Not sure what else to check.
And welcome to the forums.

I had this same problem on my 87 LX. The flasher fuse(round thing) that is in the fuse panel is for the e flashers. The one for turn signals is loose on a two wire pigtail up behind the fuse panel. I think that this was only on the 87 for some reason. Must have been a design problem from the factory.
Check it out and replace that flasher fuse and let us know if this was the fix.

I have this same problem and when i went to the parts store the guy told me the flasher fuse was 180$ and had to be specially ordered. I said screw that ill just flash them by hand, is the fuse really that much?
Do they blink at all??? I just had a problem like this. I replaced everything, and come to find out it was my ignition switch. It was a common problem on the 5.0's my tech says. I picked one up from my work for like 20 bucks.
