Default how much does a stall converter help??

Trickflow H/C/I, 24lbs injectors,70mm,4:10gears,transgo shift kit, rebiult trans

60ft time is 2.50

1/4 time 14.5 at 99.79 mph


How much will a TCI 28-3200 Stall help my time?? and will i spin the tires off the line...cuz i cant now from a dead stop

It will get you in your powerband immediatly. You should be able to spin tires off the line with your mods. A stall will make you spin them a whole lot though unless you have slicks.

thanks man cool mybe i will be happy with my auto.... I still have 300 to spend i dont want slicks. Any sugestions???

i think somethings wrong if thats your 60 and your 1/4 time... im stock and pull a SHYTTY 2.3 60 and a DECENT 14.7... somethings not right...u said it doesnt spin? r u sure???

Boxed or tubular rear control arms would make a big difference. Drag springs will make the car launch a lot better.

Adding a stall is THE best mod for our AOD transmissions if not one of the best mods for an automatic fox. That is of course if you get a big enough one and don't go cheap or off the shelf. The difference is incredible.

Great idea with the before and after video! Lots of differance. I can hear the motor turn "evil" right away! Plus it burns the tires! Those links could help lots of people on here.

What stall did you get?

I have been told 2400-2600 for a regular hwy driver......................

Its not dd so I dont care but what your opinion?
