i was wonderin what everybody paid to get there cars painted at maaco...how much do they charge if you do all the body work and primer it yourself???

well mine is getting painted in febuary and i $$$ 3500 that includes shaving my door handels all door jams and all the other molding getting re-painted.that also includes 4 clear coats .and 2 racing stripes and engine bay getting painted

3500 at macco..man they will have your pic in the bathroom

I would have them prime the car so they can't bs you on the paint warranty. most I have herd is in the 500-750 range..

iam not gooing to macco . iam going to a shop that does very good work and has a good reputation

ahh dont go to maaco they have very crappy paint...no offense but i would definatly search out a local paint shop. my dad was a professional painter definatly find someone that goes for quality not quantity
