Default Question About Idler Pulley Kits

Anyone know if any of these exist? I need it to be an idler pulley, it can't be a delete kit.

A Power steering idler pulley kit
or
An AC idler pulley kit

I'm going to convert to manual steering and I have a factory non AC car.

Well the reason I can't delete it is because I dont have anything to create the clearance for the water pump with how the belt is routed it would wrap the water pump twice, all I will have is Alternator, smog, water pump and crank. I could get a standard rotation water pump I suppose but then I would need to find a solution with the belt tensioner. This is what the pulley setup would look like.
Picture this as looking at the accessory drive of the motor.
O (alternator)
O (tensioner)
O (water pump)
O (smog) O (crank)

The way the belt would have to route would be so:
Alternator, Smog, Water Pump, Crank, Tensionor, and back to Alternator, but the belt would rub against itself on the water pump.

This is what I need it to be to keep everything clearanced right:
O (alternator)
O (tensioner) O (PS or AC idler pulley)
O (water pump)
O (smog) O (crank)

Then the belt would route like this:
Alternator, Smog, Water Pump, Crank, PS or AC Idler Pulley, Tensionor, and back to Alternator.

you need to use the march ac delete kit. it deletes everything then you move your tensioner on to that bracket and its done. also it doesnt matter if it was factory a/c or not cause the mounting holes will still be in the heads. this is what you need heres a link to the instructions.look here
