I don't drive with a lead foot and I always run premium. I also bumped up my timing, would that hurt it as well? I hate my exhaust because summitt/ flowmaster american thunder cat back comes with delta flows...sux. I'll check codes and o2 sensors. How do I tell if my cats are worn/clogged/ old?

The computer has to compensate for the extra flow now! Run a couple tanks through it, gas mileage should get better.

when I put on my offroad "H" I got horrible fuel milage, it got better after about 150 miles when I got tired of thrashing the sh*t out of it
