Default 393 Stroker Questions

Going to buy an Eagle 393 Stroker kit, and I'm having it assembled by a local machine shop. But I did have afew questions, is the balance of the motor going to be thrown off, mean will I be able to use the Flywheel and Balancer that I get when I get the 351 shortblock from wherever. And, is there anything else I should know, ANY info is aprecaited.

I would go with a 408-418. Im pretty sure they are the same price as the 393.
