Well what I have been told is that they will fit just fine w/o dropping it but if I wanted to drop it I'd have to go with a smaller tire. I was just seeing if anyone has had experience with either one and to get opinions on which way would look better.

I think the sn-95 cars have bigger wheelwells than the foxes.
the biggest I could fir in my fox is a 275-60-15 and I had to roll in the inner fender lip and bash in the inside a little.
sometimes when I hit a big bump it will rub the top of the wheelwell.

Mattkoly when you say rubs slightly around corners how much rub are we talking and is this any corner and how hard are these corners being takin? Will you be replacing them soon due to rub damage?

Hard fast corners,
just farting around town it does not rub, but if i am going fast and decide to pull into gas station, it rubs slighty if there is people in the back.
would not use then in an auto cross race for sure.
but the look and traction i get is well worth the little bit of rubbing..
Note: I removed rears not too long ago and I dont even think it was rubbing on the fender anymore, there are some type of braces that go from body to the axle that i've heard you can just invert and you will not get rubbing at all with the slight innner fender rolling
Sombody please tell me the name of those braces that are right behind the tire, connecting the body to the axle???

275s are plenty on a Fox Body Mustang. When I'm ready to go with anything wider than that on my 5.0, I plan to do a mini tub and then I can easily fit a nice 10-11" wide wheel and some more meat without all the dangers of tire rubbing
