Default Rolling Fenders

Hey guys- my rear fenders are rubbing (and cutting!) the tires when I hit a bump or a dip. I'm running 275/40/17's on the back on a 9" rim with a 1" drop (H&R super sport's).

How do I know how far to roll them, and how much does it usually cost?

BTW- I'll post pics of the finished project tomorrow probably .

Oh god I hope you do. I tried but man I messed up the paint on the underside a little bit... can't really see it, but I chipped it bad.
