Hi, after reading through the forums, I seem to be one of the very few if not only people who has something besides flowmasters. I just wanted to know what everyone thought about this. I didnt go for flowmasters first because EVERYONE has flowmasters which makes everyone sound the same and they are made of cheap *** aluminum. Only like 250+ for a set of mufflers. So I went looking for something else and I stumbled upon Borla. They make a cat back exhaust system from aircraft grade t-304 stainless steel. So I went and bought them, about $650 for the pair, but they come with a 1,000,000 mile warrentee, so I was already quite impressed. Well after putting them on, they arent as loud as flowmasters but they definitally have a nicer tone. I ordered high flow bbk cats, which they didnt make in stainless steel , so that should add to the volume. I am just trying to let people know there is something else good out there so there is more than one option, lol.

sound clips..........i alos have been looking for somthing other than flows....dont get me wrong i love my flow i have tried many different nufflers and have gone back to the flows cause of the sound and performance now i havent tried borla cause of the price

I HAVE MAC PRO DUMPS AND LOVE THEM THEY ARE ALOT DEEPER THAN FLOWS

The borla is a little too quite for me but it has a very nice tone, I have high flow bbk cats coming tomorrow, this may fix my problem with my borlas, ill let you guys know how it sounds, ill have to check out those magnaflows. Ive been looking for a deep sound.

i have headers, catless h pipe, and 2 chamber flows and i LOVE the sound, the magnapacks do sound really nice to though.

The best sounding fox i have ever heard was at Sacramento raceway.. the guy had longtube headers a o/r X pipe to a magnaflow cat back with DYNOMAX mufflers.. I just ordered those DYNOMAX mufflers because i was very impressed with the hoggish way that thing sounded. I was very impressed. Magnaflow has a pretty deep tone to it too and was the other option i was considering besides the DYONOMAX..

I want the sound that guy in the red mustang has in that video that is posted in "mustang street racing vids!", its towards the top, if someone can tell me what kind of exhaust that was, i think id give you a cookie

I have mac 1 5/8 unequal headers, 2 1/2 mac H pipe, & Mac mufflers. I could give a bad quality sound clip if you like. I can give a better quality one when I get my engine back together & back in the car.
