RE: Help removing/reinstalling spindles/lower control arms?
I just did this job and the 2-jaw puller on the tie-rod and a breaker bar on the LCA bolts worked fine for me. I did soak the LCA bolts with Liquid Wrench a few times first, but mine were failry rust free also.

beat it out with a pickle fork and replace it. i have a pickle fork that attaches to my air hammer gun thing. that has gotten some tie rods and ball joints loose on cars that i had in NY (rust).

Alright, it took a torch and 10,000lb 3jaw pullers and about 30minutes on each side of alternating between tightening the jaw puller and heating it some more, but they finally let go...like a bullet shot, it was crazy, so much force I guess.
I also got 3 of the 4 LCA bolts out, got all 4 nuts off, but the 4th and final bolt will not come out, even with a hammer or anything. It just sits in the bushing, so I think its like seized to it? How do you guys recommend getting it out? The others were stuck in there, but we eventually got them out, the final one we tried for like an hour and it will only spin.
I'm thinking of torching it, but don't want to risk the metal on the car if I cut the bolt w/ a torch.
any ideas?

Use a slightly smaller drill bit and drill the center of the bolt out. Then heat it until it hardens. It will turn bluish gray. Then try to break the rest of it in half with a chisel. Once you get it out. Clean Up the hole and you are good to go..
