As some know i just got my car back from getting a new clutch installed and a tailshaft seal and a rear main seal.

Well, im breaking the clutch in and i was giving it some gas today, actually i was getting on the highway in 2nd gear and i slowly floored it and around 4500 it stopped and went up and down up and down then i let off.

Something in the back is making noise when i get off the line or turn..and i hear another weird noise like right where i sit..Especially when im putting some more gas in it, it is making that weird noise louder.

 

sounds like you need to jack 'er up and take a peek under there. obviously something went wrong in the install, doesn't sound like internal components. im thinking tranny mount.

 

My friend is gonna talk to him tomorrow, they kind of work right next to eachother.

I hope he better not expect me to pay some more to fix something he didn't do right..If so, somebody is gonna catch a beatin'

Is your drive shaft tight? I dunno what the hell would be making noise when you're putting gas in it (unless you mean giving it more throttle lol).

 

i have no idea what is tight and not, it just feels different..Is it something a stage 1 clutch could do? like i was almost at redline and it stopped and bounced up and down. the tach that is.

 

tranny mount, or drive shaft alignment/tightness, it sounds like a drivetrain problem not tranny...
