Dip stick tube loose?? I did take it off for the header install........ My motor is pretty fresh

When I put mine on it didn't smoke either. (Summer time) But in the winter I get a continueous (spelling) condensate white smoke, ie 38 degrees or lower. No odor other than rich fuel.

No its not condensation, it was like 75 and sunny

that is just oil they put on the pipes to keep them from rusting and keep 'em lookin fresh till they get purchased and intalled.

i like to use a dab of silicon when reinstalling dipstick tubes. the vibration from the lower end of the motor plus that thin little tube, sometimes they shake out
