I would replace them, I reused mine one time and blew the head gasket shortly after, would have been much cheaper and easier if I would have just went ahead and bought them. Too much work to have to do it twice, just my two cents

Replace the bolts, they are torque to yeald and you will not get proper torque. You will have to do it again after you blow a gasket, so do it right the first time. Not a bad idea to run a tap into the block either to clean out the treads, specialy the short ones in the water ports.
